Carrera Modern GT

WNR CLUB BASED RULES

 

General – The Carrera GT cars are based on the cars currently being raced as the modern FIA GT3/4 class in multiple race series around the world.  The class utilizes the N. A. Championship Rules for Carrera DTM cars with some upgrades.  This class is sometimes raced with the Carrera DTM cars

Audi R8 LMS, Aston Martin V12 Vantage GT3, BMW M3 GT2, BMW M6 GT3, BMW Z4 GT3, Corvette C6R, Corvette C7R, Corvette C8.R, Ferrari 458 Italia GT2, Ferrari 488 GT3, Ferrari 575 GTC, Ford GT GTE, Lamborghini Huracan GT3, McLaren 720S GT3, Mercedes-AMG SLS GT3, Mercedes-AMG GT3, Porsche 911 GT3 RSR, Porsche GT3 RSR, Porsche 935/19 GT2

Motors – GTSlots 21.5k motor also known as the “Piranha” only (no substitutes)

Motor Downforce – maximum 5 grams

Build rules – Based upon the Carrera DTM N. A. Championship Rules (Note: cars may be run factory stock with the Piranha 21.5k motor and additionally upgraded with aftermarket axles, bushings (non-offset types only), gears [9/27 or 9/28], tires [minimum rear tire diameter on 17mm wheel of .825” dia.], and wheels [17x8 – front/17x10 or 11 – rear].  Body, chassis, and guide [stock black or short red keels are permitted] must remain factory stock.).  See link below:
