CHAMPIONSHIP BASED RULES

General – The Fly/Flyslot/Slotwings Classics are cars that were raced in the World Championship of Manufactures and at Le Mans from 1969 – 1975 and utilize the N. A. Championship Rules.

Class Group – Championship Series

Car(s) – Chevron B19 (sidewinder), Chevron B21 (sidewinder), Ferrari 250LM (sidewinder) , Ferrari 512S (Spyder, Berlinetta, Coda Lunga) (in-line & sidewinder), Ford GT40 (sidewinder), Ford GT40 Mk II (in-line & sidewinder), Lola T70 Mk. 3B (in-line & sidewinder), Porsche Carrera 6 [906] (sidewinder), Porsche 908 (sidewinder), Porsche 908/2 (sidewinder), Porsche 908/2 Flunder (sidewinder), Porsche 908/2 Flunder LH (sidewinder), Porsche 908/3 (sidewinder), Porsche 917K (in-line & sidewinder), Porsche 917LH (in-line & sidewinder)

              Motor(s) – GTSlots 21.5k motor also known as the “Piranha” only (no substitutes)

              Motor Downforce – maximum 10 grams

              Ballast Weight – may be added

              Guide – per the N. A. Championship Rules (no substitutions)

Tires – Front: per the N. A. Championship Rules/Rear: Quick Slicks CB46/CB47/CB48/CB49 per N. A. Championship Rules, or (allowed substitutes for WNR club races) Super Tires ST2112R/ST2114R/ST1007R/ST1008R

              Wheels – per the N. A. Championship Rules (no substitutions)

              Build rules – Run per the 2019 N. A. Championship Rules.  See link below:
