WNR CLUB BASED RULES

General – Typically these are modeled after GT type cars that have been raced from 1998 to present time.

Cars – “racing” and “non-racing” versions of the BMW M3 GTR, Chevrolet Corvette C5R, Chrysler Viper GTR, Ferrari F40, Lister Storm, Marcos LM600 GT, Panoz Esperante GTR-1, Porsche 911 GT1, Porsche 911 GT1 EVO, Porsche 911 GT1 98 EVO, Porsche 997 RSR GT2, Saleen S7-R, SunRed SR21, Venturi

Motors – Fly stock/EVO2/Racing 18k boxer motor (FK-180) as supplied w/the cars, stock Fly 21k (FC-130 w/black stripe), or upgraded to Piranha 21.5k only (no other substitutes)

Motor Downforce – maximum 25 grams

Build rules – Some of these cars come in a “racing” version with a spring suspension, an in-line motor pod using an 18K @ 12 volt boxer motor (EVO2/Racing) with a plastic pinion gear, adjustable front end, performance (plastic w/aluminum hub) setscrew wheels, and setscrew crown gears.  Most of these cars also come in the standard sidewinder configuration which can also be run.  Cars may be upgraded with axles, bushings (non-offset types only), gears, guides, tires & wheels (no F1 types), and other parts, however keep to the above listed motors (18k – 21k).  There are also a few cars available that have been upgraded by Avant Slot with a new chassis and other parts
